Rihanna's fight against pokemon go

Rihanna is apparently anti-Pokemon after demanding her fans take the moment during her concert on Saturday night.

The Sledgehammer star brought her Anti World Tour to Lille, France, where she encouraged the thousands inside audience to seriously enjoy the example of the live gig rather than watching her show through the screens of these mobile devices.

During her concert, she gave a delivery about being in the instant, and called out any people that use the popular Pokemon Go app, an augmented reality game through which users 'catch' the digital creatures.

In video clips posted on Twitter, Work singer is viewed telling her fans, "I don't wish to see you texting your boyfriends or maybe your girlfriends. I don't wish to see you catching any Pokemons up within this b**ch."

The R&B star isn't only celebrity to criticise the app, and amongst those who glance at the same way is Zachary Quinto, who discussed the sport while promoting Star Trek Beyond, a show which features a different theme song called Sledgehammer by Rihanna.

Speaking of Pokemon mania, Zachary told Entertainment Tonight: "I think it is good that people are engaging against each other, but I feel as if the ultimate goal for individuals is to be able to perform that without these products in our hands.

"And I realise that technology has evolved plus there is a lot of good that comes from that, and I do not have judgement of people which are with it, but I seem like, how should we facilitate the conversation about connecting without these units between us?"
